Summary: The role of Freelance Site Manager involves overseeing a high-end school project focused on carpentry finishes. The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, enforcing health and safety protocols, and ensuring quality control throughout the project. This position requires strong communication skills as the Site Manager will be the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

  • Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
  • Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

Key Skills:

  • Experience in site management, particularly in carpentry finishes
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

  • Certificates required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Enhanced DBS

Start Date: 30th March

Duration: 3 weeks

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7:30-4:30

Rate: £260 a day
