Summary: The Site Supervisor/Manager role involves hands-on coordination of construction activities across multiple sites in Leeds, Doncaster, and Hull. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on site setup and coordination of construction activities
- Supervise contractors and monitor project progress
- Review RAMS, conduct H&S inspections, deliver site inductions
- Collaborate with Project Engineers, Managers, and Operations teams
- Develop project documents (CPP, inductions, reports)
- Occasional weekend working required
Key Skills:
- Proven site supervision/management in Construction/Manufacturing
- Strong CDM regulations knowledge
- Minimum SSSTS certification (SMSTS preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Methodical approach to inspections and reporting
- Electrical engineering background (desirable)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable)
