Summary: The Site Supervisor/Manager role involves hands-on coordination of construction activities across multiple sites in Leeds, Doncaster, and Hull. The position requires supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on site setup and coordination of construction activities
- Supervise contractors and monitor project progress
- Review RAMS, conduct H&S inspections, deliver site inductions
- Collaborate with Project Engineers, Managers, and Operations teams
- Develop project documents (CPP, inductions, reports)
- Occasional weekend working required
Key Skills:
- Proven site supervision/management in Construction/Manufacturing
- Strong CDM regulations knowledge
- Minimum SSSTS certification (SMSTS preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Methodical approach to inspections and reporting
- Electrical engineering background (desirable)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable)
