The Company

This Site Manager’s role is with a leading fit out contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings.

The Role

We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of retail banking fit out schemes

Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget.

Manage project programme.

Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.

Assist with site establishment and site logistics.

Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.

Identifies and manages risk.

Ensure delivery against the project budgets.

Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.

Experience of shop fitting / retail refurbishment is key.

This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor.
