- Procurement of materials and plant
- Tool box talks and inductions
- Site inspections
- Arranging call offs for testing

Project: My client are seeking a Site Manager with experience in fit out and internal refurbishments to run a fit out project within an industrial unit. Works include m&e installation, decoration, mezzanine flooring and sprinkler systems.
Responsibilities:
- Stand alone Site Manager reporting into a visiting Contracts Director
- Management and coordination of Labour
- Sequencing Subcontractors
- Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors
- Management and coordination of deliveries
- Procurement of materials and plant
