Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal labour to ensure the safety and timely delivery of works.
  • Delivering Civil Engineering and associated works to programme.
  • Updating site paperwork and documentation, such as RAMS.
  • Completing inductions and toolbox talks as required.
  • Managing resources on site effectively.
  • Using problem-solving and decision-making skills to make informed decisions.
  • Managing health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Key Skills:

  • Experience delivering similar projects such as rising mains / overflow pipes into Water Treatment Works.
  • Experience working on AMP7 projects, delivering works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.
  • Relevant site qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid.
  • Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred, not essential).
  • Proven experience directing site labour, ensuring prompt delivery of works.
  • Strong communication, I.T, and management skills.
