Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Skilled Site Manager (6-Week Contract)

Location: Deeside, CH5

Contract Length: 6 weeks

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Start Date: 15th June

Required Certifications:SMSTS and First Aid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out project within a live laboratory environment.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site activities, coordinating trades, maintaining programme timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Project Overview

The project involves the construction and fit-out of new testing laboratories, including:

  • Construction of jumbo stud partitions
  • Installation of suspended ceilings
  • Coordination of mechanical & electrical services
  • Flooring installation
  • Finishes and decoration
  • Working from provided layout drawings and scope of works

Programme Milestones:

  • 1st June: M&E team begins on site
  • 15th June: Wall construction commences

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills
  • An excellent communicator, able to work effectively on a live site
  • Strongly health & safety conscious
  • Competent in reading and interpreting drawings
  • From a construction or joinery background, with hands-on understanding of the trades involved
