Site Manager

Site Manager required for a refurbishment of a large supermarket store in the Hull area.

The start date is Thursday 6th August and the project will run for 6 weeks.

The requirement is for the night shifts and the shifts are Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the refurbishment project.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
• Conduct site inductions.
• Attend and lead client meetings.
• Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
• Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
• Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• IT literate.

Must have the below qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certificate
• CSCS Card
• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule.
