Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations and groundworks activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
- Monitoring progress against the programme
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Liaising with contractors, clients and other site personnel
- Maintaining site records and completing relevant paperwork
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong groundworks/civils background
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid
- CSCS card
- Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Available to start 21st September
