Summary: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Modular Site Manager to lead the installation and complete fit-out of a 4-storey NHS diagnostic centre comprising 215 bays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and fit-out of the NHS diagnostic centre.
- Manage site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report on project progress to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in modular construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
