The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a large regional main contractor specialising in design and build projects.
This role will initially focus on overseeing a 14-week demolition phase ahead of a major industrial development in Bristol. Subject to performance and project progression, there is a strong opportunity for the position to extend into a longer-term role managing the subsequent new-build industrial units on the same site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager seeking continuity of work and involvement from early enabling works through to full construction delivery.
