The Role:
The client is after a Site Manager to step in and lead a live leisure centre refurbishment in Bristol. They need someone who can hit the ground running and keep things on track through to completion in late November.
The Project:
- £2m-pound leisure centre refurbishment
- Phased internal works already underway (some areas stripped out)
- Live environment - so coordination is key
- Strong subcontractor base in place
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager managing internal refurbs, ideally in live environments
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (obviously)
- Own laptop & mobile (iPad won't cut it!)
- Ideally within 1hr commute of Bristol- no overnight stays required
Nice-to-Have:
- Leisure/fitness centre or live environment (occupied premises) refurb experience
- Comfortable being the lead on site - dealing with subcontractors, programme, safety, and client updates
