Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising on-site teams, including subcontractors and labour personnel
- Ensuring works are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Coordinating timelines across multiple trades and activities
- Monitoring site safety procedures and conducting regular inspections
- Enforcing compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Managing day-to-day site operations, including labour, materials, and equipment
- Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Providing regular progress updates and resolving site issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate site records, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress documentation
About You
- Proven Site Management experience within construction or infrastructure projects
- A strong background supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Demonstrable experience promoting and enforcing health & safety standards
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
