Summary: The Site Manager role involves overseeing daily operations on a hospital project site in Bath for a global leader in the Utilities and Waste Management industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of works.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and specialist installations (heat pumps, solar PV, BMS, electrical and associated infrastructure works).
- Enforce strict health & safety compliance, risk management and quality assurance in line with Veolia and NHS standards.
- Develop and manage site programmes, resources and logistics, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
- Act as the primary site liaison with the client and key stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress and site impacts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support delivery of low-carbon, energy-efficient and decarbonisation objectives.
