- Assist with general site duties where required (hands on support expected).
- Maintain site records, inductions, permits, and daily checks.
- Continue smooth progress of works during the Site Manager's absence.

- First Aid
- NPORS or CPCS Telehandler Ticket (must be competent operating a telehandler)
- Previous experience managing or supporting new build housing sites

We're recruiting for a Site Manager to provide 1 week of holiday cover on a bespoke new build housing development in Grantham. You'll be supporting a high quality housebuilder known for delivering premium, design-led residential schemes.This assignment involves overseeing day to day site operations while also helping out with on site tasks as required - ideal for someone hands on with experience across residential projects.
