We are working with a leading contractor who specialise in MMC & modular schemes. They ve asked us to source an IT literate Site Manager to join a scheme in Guildford. This contract will commence late September and run through until June 2026.

You ll be joining an existing management team on a prestigious development within the healthcare sector.

Requirements/Reasons to apply:

  • You ll be joining an existing management team with a focus on completing daily diaries, briefings, inductions & delivery logs.
  • This will be a long-term contract commencing late September with a view to being on site until June 2026.
  • You ll be paid an attractive day rate between £270.00 - £300.00 a day for this position.
  • You will need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid to be considered for this role, a CSCS would be beneficial.
