Site Manager - Office Fit Out

Start Date: 1st September
Rate: £250 - £280 per day (Ltd Company)
Hays are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end office fit out project in Uttoxeter.
This project involves the refurbishment of a prestigious wealth management company's headquarters. The rip out phase has already been completed, and the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the fit-out works through to completion.
Duties:
- Managing subcontractors on site
- Coordinating daily site activities
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Monitoring progress and maintaining project standards
- Reporting on site performance and programme delivery

Requirements:
- SMSTS
