Summary: The Site Manager Fit Out role involves overseeing the internal works and fit-out packages for a significant education facility project in Kent. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, M&E coordination, joinery, finishes and final detailing.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality expectations.
- Drive Health & Safety standards and ensure site compliance across all trades.
- Work closely with design and commercial teams to resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain progress reporting and ensure smooth delivery through snagging and handover.
Key Skills:
- Proven Site Management experience on large new-build or education projects.
- Strong background in internal fit-out delivery and subcontractor coordination.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering one of the largest new education facilities in Kent – an £80million multi-phase campus, set to provide over 2000 school places across both primary and secondary education.
With the project progressing on site, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the internal works and fit-out packages through to project completion.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee internal fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, M&E coordination, joinery, finishes and final detailing.
