Summary: The Site Manager - Finishing Foreman role involves overseeing finishing trades on a live construction site for a high-end residential contractor in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day finishing works across multiple plots.
- Coordinating with the team on site to go over the snags.
- Snagging and de-snagging using site management software.
- Reporting progress and issues back to the site and project managers.
- Maintaining H&S standards at all times.
- Assisting with final handovers to client/main contractor.
Key Skills:
- Strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to quality control.
- Competent using a tablet/site management software.
- CSCS card (Gold preferred), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid.
- Able to walk the job all day – this isn’t a desk-based role.
