Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to members of the project team.
• Monitor the performance of project team members and address any arising issues.
• Conduct informal 1-to-1 meetings with team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS).
• Plan, implement, and monitor site logistics.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.

Key Skills:

• Previous project management experience in the construction industry (ideally with a main contractor).
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Certified in SMSTS via CITB.
• Good knowledge of current construction techniques, building standards, and regulations.
• High standards of health and safety compliance.
