Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to members of the project team.
- Monitor the performance of project team members and address any arising issues.
- Conduct informal 1-to-1 meetings with team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS).
- Plan, implement, and monitor site logistics.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Key Skills:
- Previous project management experience in the construction industry (ideally with a main contractor).
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Certified in SMSTS via CITB.
- Good knowledge of current construction techniques, building standards, and regulations.
- High standards of health and safety compliance.
- Programme management skills.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
