My client is looking for a diligent and proactive Site Manager to join our team on a project basis in the Bexhill-on-Sea area. This role is until December 2025, paying up to £400 per day PSC Limited. The successful candidate will take ownership of onsite project delivery, ensuring that all specified works are conducted efficiently and in line with project goals. Key responsibilities will include managing on-site inductions for contractors, overseeing site setup, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Site Manager will also review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), manage programme timelines, and oversee welfare and local environmental considerations. It is crucial to ensure Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) are in place and adhered to, following processes. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting pre-starts and mobilisations for projects, setting up logbooks for COSHH, organising welfare facilities, reviewing RAMS and permits, and performing weekly audits to ensure project alignment with timelines and milestones.
