Key Responsibilities:
- Surveying and setting out for construction projects.
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
- Creating as-built surveys and logging data.
- Reporting consistently to the Visiting Contracts Manager.
- Providing technical advice to project team members and clients.
- Analyzing and executing technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborating with the team to facilitate seamless project implementation.
- Enforcing safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Identifying and addressing technical issues during construction.
- Performing site surveys and establishing reference points for construction.
- Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Implementing compliance with building codes and environmental standards.
- Assisting in procuring materials and ensuring timely delivery.
- Developing and delivering progress reports and documentation.
- Managing and coordinating testing of materials and systems.
Key Skills:
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Extensive experience with TopCon, CAD tools, and relevant technology.
- Background working with tier 1 or tier 2 construction contractors.
- Proven history of delivering projects with values over £5 million.
