Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveying and setting out for construction projects.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
  • Creating as-built surveys and logging data.
  • Reporting consistently to the Visiting Contracts Manager.
  • Providing technical advice to project team members and clients.
  • Analyzing and executing technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Collaborating with the team to facilitate seamless project implementation.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and regulations on site.
  • Identifying and addressing technical issues during construction.
  • Performing site surveys and establishing reference points for construction.
  • Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Implementing compliance with building codes and environmental standards.
  • Assisting in procuring materials and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Developing and delivering progress reports and documentation.
  • Managing and coordinating testing of materials and systems.

Key Skills:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Extensive experience with TopCon, CAD tools, and relevant technology.
  • Background working with tier 1 or tier 2 construction contractors.
  • Proven history of delivering projects with values over £5 million.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Competent surveying techniques.
  • Leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
