The Role
You'll play a key part in the engineering team, with core responsibilities including:
- Setting out for substructure and superstructure works
- Checking and verifying piling, ensuring accuracy against design drawings
- Liaising with subcontractors, the design team, and site management to maintain quality and programme
- Ensuring all engineering activities comply with drawings, specifications, and health & safety standards
- Maintaining accurate site records and as-built information
What You'll Need
- A Civil Engineering degree
- Proven and demonstrable experience working with piling and setting out on a live construction site
- Previous experience on high-rise or complex residential/commercial schemes
- Strong working knowledge of setting out equipment (total station, GPS, etc.)
- A proactive, detail-focused approach and strong communication skills
