Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out for earthworks, drainage, road construction, and associated structures.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring work is completed to the required quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records.
- Liaising with Site Management, Subcontractors, and Design teams.
- Supporting the delivery team in achieving programme and budget targets.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer on Highways and/or Earthworks projects.
- Strong setting-out and QA background using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- CSCS card (essential).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
