Key Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience
- Experience on large-scale, fast-track developments

We are currently seeking two experienced Setting Out Engineers to join a long-term fast-track residential development involving groundworks and RC frame structures across 6 blocks (4–6 storeys).
This is a stable, long-running project offering consistent work with potential weekend overtime.
Project Overview
- RC frame and groundworks package
- 6 residential blocks (4–6 storeys)
- Fast-track construction programme
- 2 engineers required on site
Hours
7:30am – 5:30pm (standard working hours)
Occasional Saturdays (as required by programme)
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years independent setting out experience
