We are looking for an experienced Administrator to assist our client on site in Manchester (M20) A global Energy supplier with over 100k employees in 90+ countries, providing 1/6th of the global electricity supply. A professional, well organised team player is required on site to primarily -

  • Administrate and maintain the technical documentation at the installation site.
  • Administrate and maintain the documentation at site.
  • Ensure the availability of the up to date documentation at site.
  • Manage, distribute and document feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, headquarter, customers or other third parties).
  • Collects the as-built entries (red-lining) and manage them.

Role is initially a 6 month contract, 40 hours per week on site.
