About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to oversee and facilitate operations at their site.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organisational standards and regulations.

This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain site documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site personnel on safety practises and operational protocols.
  • Assist in the resolution of on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with management to develop site-specific strategies that align with broader organisational goals.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role within the [specify relevant industry].
