Summary: The Project Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily construction activities at the project site in Bentley, ensuring compliance with quality plans and specifications. This role involves planning activities to optimize resource use, monitoring materials and manpower, and providing administrative support to the Site Manager and construction team. The position requires strong organizational skills and local knowledge, with a focus on improving site operations. The role is 100% onsite for a duration of 12 months with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project quality plans and specifications.
- Plan activities to effectively utilize resources and meet construction program timelines.
- Review specification drawings to resolve discrepancies or conflicts.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower on site to ensure availability for construction needs.
- Support the Site Manager and construction team with administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain an overview of site activities, processes, and resources, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- May combine responsibilities with Site Document Controller or Site Logistic Coordinator as needed.

Job Description
Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program. Plans the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program. Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials is available to meet the construction program timing.
An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

The Project Site Coordinator (PSC) supports the Site Manager and the construction site team by managing administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks, ensuring that site operations run efficiently and in a structured way. The role aims to allow technical and operational staff to focus on their core activities by providing strong administrative support and process organization. The PSC is responsible for maintaining a clear overview of site activities, processes, and resources, while actively identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. The position reports hierarchically to the Site Manager and functionally to the Head of Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Site Support. Depending on project needs, the role may also be combined with Site Document Controller or Site Logistic Coordinator responsibilities.
