A Tier One Main Contractor within Rail Construction is seeking a talented and dedicated Site Administrator to join our team in Huddersfield. Offering a 3 year ongoing contract

Duties

This isnt your average admin role Youll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
  • Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly.
  • Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams.
  • Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel like a pro.
  • Problem:Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions.
  • Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports to keep everyone informed.
