Summary: The Site Administrator will support the operations at Clashindarroch II Wind Farm in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, ensuring efficient office management and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly timesheets for Site Operatives
  • Processing delivery paperwork on the COINS system
  • Processing aggregate delivery tickets on the COINS system
  • Handling and storing all site paperwork on the Pansophy system
  • Checking and maintaining stock levels of PPE and stationery
  • Other administrative tasks to support the Project Delivery Team

Key Skills:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Skilled verbal and written communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable and able to work on their own initiative

Detailed Description From Employer:

We are looking for an organised, capable and motivated Site Administrator to join our team on Clashindarroch II Wind Farm in Huntly, Abderdeenshire. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. This role would suit a strong administrator and full systems training will be given. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their administration skills, has keen attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work closely with all members of the Project Delivery Team to help the construction of this 14-turbine wind farm. This contract will commence in March 2026 and be for a fixed term of 18 months, with the possibility for an extension of a further 6 months. Site hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00hrs to 18:00hrs. Core admin hours are typically 08:00/08:30hrs to 17:00/17:30hrs , and working on a Friday is required for timesheet processing. This is a full time, office based role with no home working due to the administrative workload.
