Summary: The role of Site Administrator involves providing comprehensive administrative support on a busy construction site in Kettering. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project document libraries and ensure they are up to date and easily accessible
  • Assist with the creation of project documentation
  • Support preparation of project documentation, including headcount, safety data, and induction records
  • Generate reports with data and information gathered from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide information to the Global Mobility team to support applications for visas and work permits
  • Provide meeting support and administration services, including issuing meeting notes
  • Raise purchase order requests
  • Distribute project-related communications and information via email and other written media
  • Print, organize, and file documentation
  • Create and file site inductions paperwork into the online system
  • Data entry into online systems
  • Record time for the team, including expenses, calendars, holidays, absence, job sheets, and time sheets
  • Meet and greet internal and external project stakeholders
  • Prepare lunch and refreshments for the site management team
  • Assist with ensuring the people and the project align with TGW culture and values
  • Perform any other administration duties as required

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience of providing administration support
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • English language written and spoken at business level

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge? Local to Kettering but not finding work that lines up with your experience? We need someone who can handle spinning many plates whilst being on a very busy construction site. From data management to site inductions, you'll be the go to for information and visitors to the site. Handling presentation prep, report writing and if you have experience in MS Project that would be great but not a necessity.Don't worry, you'll receive full training for the role which will include a short visit to one of our similar projects in France. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent in the future.

What you'll be handling:

  • Maintain Project documents libraries and ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible
  • Assist with the creation of project documentation
