Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a growing SME, based in Southampton, who are seeking to recruit a Project Accountant on a 3-4 month contract basis.Contract Length - 3-4 monthsHybrid workingThe Sicon Software Expert with Project Accounting experience will play a critical role in optimising the use of Sicon for financial reporting, project accounting, and cost management.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sicon software (along with a knowledge of Sage 200), combined with hands-on experience in project accounting.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful financial management of our projects.Skills/Experience Required:- Proven experience working with Sicon software, with advanced user skills and a deep understanding of its capabilities- Experience working with Sage 200 accounting software and Sicon software simultaneously- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAll applicants must have the right to work in the UK.We will consider all qualified applications for this position.
