Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times
• Monitoring and managing crowds and queues
• Dealing with enquiries from customers and members of the public in a polite and efficient manner
• Responding appropriately to incidents within the queues or venues
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with local authorities
• Effective response to incidents, emergencies, and preservation of crime scenes
• Assist with evacuation and invacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
• Enforce venue policies and procedures
• Understand and effectively apply relevant law and legislation to the role

Key Skills:

• SIA Door Supervisor License (essential)
• A checkable personal history including periods of education, employment, travel and unemployment
