DescriptionShutdown Operatives – Fixed Term Contract - September to December 2026 – FAWLEYFawley Refinery is the UKs largest integrated petrochemical complex that normally operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In line with a planned maintenance shutdown of operations at Fawley, Trant engineering will be looking for a number of operatives to join our team on a fixed term basis. Due to the nature of the work significant overtime is on offer. With c. 60 hours per week on both day and night shifts there is strong earning potential. Subsistence is available for the duration of the shutdown for applicants willing to work away.

  • Rough terrain forklift / manual handling tickets would be a bonus however training is available for applicants with the right approach and work ethic.
