Shopfloor IT Support/Desktop Engineer | Crewe

We're looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer/Shopfloor IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support within a busy manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills:

• Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
• Microsoft 365
• Desktop & Laptop hardware support
• Active Directory (AD)
• Microsoft Intune
• SCCM
• ServiceNow
• Hardware deployment, troubleshooting & break/fix
• Printer & peripheral support
• Asset management/CMDB
• Strong customer-facing and incident management experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Windows Autopilot
• Basic automation/Scripting knowledge
• Manufacturing or shopfloor IT support experience
• Network fundamentals

Requirements:

• Eligible for BPSS Clearance
• Able to work 100% onsite in Crewe
• Flexibility to support shopfloor hours (starting from 6:00am)
• PAYE via Umbrella
