Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for customer orders, particularly for marine shipments of liquid cargoes.
- Communicate with internal departments to manage shipment timelines, inventory levels, and delivery expectations.
- Serve as the key point of contact for government officers regarding compliance and shipping policies.
- Monitor and update Estimated Time of Arrival and shipping data.
- Analyse load data to determine optimal routes, rates, and schedules.
- Schedule shipments with vendors and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including sales, dispatch, warehouse, customer service, and shipping/receiving personnel, as well as government authorities.
