Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for government officers regarding compliance and shipping policies.
  • Monitor and update Estimated Time of Arrival and shipping data.
  • Analyse load data to determine optimal routes, rates, and schedules.
  • Schedule shipments with vendors and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including sales, dispatch, warehouse, customer service, and shipping/receiving personnel, as well as government authorities.

I'm working with one of the world's largest publicly traded energy companies who are looking to bring onboard an experienced Shipping Coordinator with expertise in marine logistics and liquid cargo shipping.As a Shipping Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, and compliant transportation of orders.

Location: London

Duration: 6-12 months

Pay: Competitive (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
