Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of project work scopes in compliance with contract and project procedures.
• Supervise operations and adherence to procedures and control measures, focusing on back deck and quayside operations.
• Conduct regular meetings for project briefings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Manage change processes, incident reporting, and investigations according to BMS procedures.
• Ensure risk assessments and toolbox meetings are conducted and recorded as per company requirements.
• Implement risk control measures identified during risk assessments.

Key Skills:

• OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS, MIST (for UKCS only), and OGUK Medical.
• 7 years’ experience as a Bell Diving Supervisor.
• Valid IMCA Logbook and demonstrated competence as an IMCA D02 Bell Diving Supervisor.
• Competence Assessor Training and Management/Leadership Training (desirable).
• IMCA Diving Supervisor CPD and Air and Bell Diving Supervisor Certificates.
