My client are looking to recruit an experienced quality inspector with a good background in high volume manufacturing. This business works with a highly recyclable product and with has a varied customer base made up of international businesses, providing excellent job security. This role would be very well suited to a candidate with quality management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Role And Responsibilities Support ISO 9001 and BRC compliance through internal audits, structured production inspections, accurate documentation, and control of gauging/calibration equipment. Perform dimensional/visual checks, monitor start x2011;ups and new product launches, and report quality concerns to drive corrective actions and prevent defective or quarantined product. Actively quarantine non x2011;conforming product, trace defects to point of origin, and conduct pallet sampling to protect finished stock integrity while helping to reduce waste. Set and optimise line vision systems, assist production teams, and help train staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and operational efficiency improvements.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Experience working in a packaging/FMCG environment will be beneficial for any applicants. Experience working with ISO9001 and BRC standards.
