Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing and installing marine-grade ventilation, HVAC systems, and interior furnishings.
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings to high engineering standards.
- Using a variety of hand tools and manual techniques to deliver precision work.
- Working in tight, confined, or elevated areas safely and efficiently.
- Supporting first-time quality standards - this isn't rework; it's right-first-time.
Key Skills:
- Recognised Trade Papers/Modern Apprenticeship Certificate - essential SVQ Level 3/NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds Level 3.
- Experience in large-scale marine, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of SHE, COSHH, and general site safety standards.
- Confidence working in confined spaces or at height when required.
- A strong eye for detail and a pride in the quality of your work.
