- Marking out, cutting, and forming materials accurately in line with engineering requirements
- Working confidently from engineering drawings, templates, and detailed work instructions
- Using a range of hand tools and mechanical aids, including presses and forming equipment
- Ensuring all completed work consistently meets strict quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, compliant, and well-controlled working environment at all times
Key Skills:
- Time-served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work or a closely related discipline
- Previous experience within aerospace manufacturing is preferred
- Strong, practical understanding of sheet metal forming processes and techniques
- Ability to accurately interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical documentation
