Summary: The SHE Administrator role at INEOS O&P involves providing administrative support to ensure the delivery of Project Safety Health Environment (SHE) performance commitments. The position requires coordination of training, documentation management, and data handling to support the SHE Team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point for KG inductions – co-ordinate, schedule, assign training, check compliance and record in database.
- Support the SHE Team in the updating/issue/tracking of documentation - SHE Plans, Risk Assessments, Tool Box Talks, Campaign Focus Materials, SHE Bulletins.
- Support preparation of materials for Health & Safety Training and assist with registration/setup of such training.
- Gather, compile and verify information and enter it accurately into documentation such as reports, presentations or forms and office systems such as databases and spreadsheets.
- Act as the focal point for KG SHE data queries.
- Provide other administrative duties as may be required.

Job Purpose To provide administration support to KG Asset to ensure delivery of Project SHE performance commitments in line with asset strategy.
