Summary: The SharePoint Project Manager will lead the discovery, design, and early planning stages of a critical SharePoint programme for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves shaping a framework that supports various departments and ensures the solution drives adoption and delivers measurable business value. The manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of IT and business change projects. Key responsibilities include defining business cases, managing project finances, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery, design, and early planning phases of a SharePoint transformation programme
  • Define and support business cases and requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, resources, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance, controls, and reporting
  • Engage with multiple departments to gather insights and align requirements
  • Identify opportunities where SharePoint can be leveraged to improve efficiency, collaboration, and information sharing
  • Manage internal and external resources, including third-party suppliers and partners
  • Facilitate project teams, project boards, and stakeholder forums
  • Ensure compliance with change operating models and organisational standards
  • Support people management and change adoption activities
  • Help define and shape the long-term SharePoint programme, including the roadmap towards Co-Pilot integration

Key Skills:
