Summary: This role is for a SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer focused on implementing changes to SharePoint and Power Platform services within the Public Sector. The engineer will design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities include managing SharePoint environments, developing applications, and optimizing user experiences. Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot is desirable for contributing to related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver change initiatives within SharePoint and Power Platform services.
  • Ensure implementation/support documentation is created for changes to transition into the live environment in line with governance.
  • Manage SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and content.
  • Create and customize SharePoint templates and workflows to automate routine tasks.
  • Implement and optimize search functionality for improved user experience.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Sharegate and Power BI.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications.
  • Document development processes, user guides, and best practices for Power Platform applications and SharePoint.
  • Support incident/problem resolution related to SharePoint and Power Platform services.
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve operational efficiency and data insights.
  • Create custom connectors and integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party services.
  • Optimize existing Power Apps solutions for performance and usability.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for data visualization and actionable insights.
  • Attend Change Advisory Boards for delivery, quality assurance, and constructive challenge.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform services.
