Summary: The role of SharePoint Online Developer involves providing specialized technical knowledge to support the migration projects to Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations and SharePoint Online. This position is based in Manchester and requires in-office attendance twice a month for an initial 6-month contract. The developer will be responsible for integrating SharePoint with other applications and creating custom solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems
- Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements
- Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
- Developing custom forms and templates
- Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
- Providing technical support for SharePoint users
- Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls
- Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience customizing and managing SharePoint Online, including ERP, CRM & SharePoint Online administration
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting for automating M365 administrative tasks
- Leveraging tools such as Power Automate for business workflow automation
- Graph API knowledge
- Experience in writing formal and informal technical and non-technical documentation clearly and accurately
- Excellent communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders
