SharePoint Developer sought on a 12-month fixed term contract, to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of office and remote working. It’s on a 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent for the right person.

The Role:

As a SharePoint Developer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining the SharePoint intranet and policy systems
  • Supporting wider technology transformation initiatives, helping to drive the adoption of modern platforms and tools
  • Working within a collaborative, agile team made up of architects, developers, analysts, and project managers

This is a hands-on role within a Microsoft-driven environment, with Azure as the primary cloud platform.

The successful SharePoint Developer will demonstrate:

  • Experience of designing, deploying, and managing SharePoint environments in the cloud
  • Experience with Power Platform or Power Apps
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Logging, monitoring, and performance analysis tools
  • Knowledge of cloud design patterns and best practices
