Your new role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME to provide 3rd line technical support and specialist expertise across a SharePoint environment.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical capability across SharePoint administration, upgrades and platform support.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint issues
- Lead SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrade activities
- Manage and support SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
- Ensure platform performance, reliability and security
- Support ongoing development and enhancement of the SharePoint estate
What you'll need to succeed
Essential skills and experience
Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2019
Experience with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) expertise
Experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments
Strong troubleshooting and 3rd line support capability

Preferred certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
