Summary: The role of SharePoint Business Analyst involves joining a significant SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme for a UK public sector client. Candidates must possess strong technical business analysis experience, particularly with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing current SharePoint structures, data, governance and processes
- Translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories
- Supporting data migration and rationalisation planning
- Defining test cases and supporting UAT activities
- Running stakeholder workshops and managing requirement validation
- Contributing to technical assessments, cost estimates and delivery planning
Key Skills:
- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience on complex IT programmes
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Experience with data migration or platform rationalisation
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and IT functions
- Experience in fast-paced, large-scale transformation programmes
- BA workstream leadership experience (desirable)
- Workshop facilitation and analytical skills (desirable)
- Experience contributing to business cases and solution options (desirable)

The Role
We're recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme for a UK public sector client.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting at the heart of a complex transformation programme - bridging business requirements and technical delivery.

Essential Requirements
