Summary: The SharePoint Administrator will support a short-term content migration project and assist with daily SharePoint site administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in migrating content from existing platforms into SharePoint Online
- Perform quality checks and validate content integrity post-migration
- Maintain site structure, permissions, and metadata according to governance guidelines
- Collaborate with content owners to ensure documents are logically organised and easy to find
- Provide basic SharePoint support and troubleshooting to users
- Monitor usage and flag any issues or risks
- Maintain documentation related to content structure, processes, and workflows
Key Skills:
- Basic to intermediate experience with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
- Familiarity with document libraries, site settings, and permission management
- Experience handling structured content migrations preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
