Summary: The SharePoint Administrator will support a short-term content migration project and assist with daily SharePoint site administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in migrating content from existing platforms into SharePoint Online
  • Perform quality checks and validate content integrity post-migration
  • Maintain site structure, permissions, and metadata according to governance guidelines
  • Collaborate with content owners to ensure documents are logically organised and easy to find
  • Provide basic SharePoint support and troubleshooting to users
  • Monitor usage and flag any issues or risks
  • Maintain documentation related to content structure, processes, and workflows

Key Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate experience with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
  • Familiarity with document libraries, site settings, and permission management
  • Experience handling structured content migrations preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word)
