Summary: The Shared Services Contract Manager will oversee multiple departments, including Reinstatement, Planning, Stores, and Plant, focusing on safety performance, profitability, service delivery, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and embed operational processes and improvements
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Promote best practice and a ‘right first time’ culture
- Lead and inspire the team to drive compliance and improve performance
- Manage local budgets to align with business plan affordability
- Highlight financial risks and variances, ensuring mitigation is in place
- Implement and maintain processes, resources, systems, and employees
- Support senior reports in maximizing organization and management of CDM onsite
- Effectively plan and control labour, plant, and resources
- Foster excellent working relationships with clients, partners, customers, and teams
