A stunning shared ownership development in the heart of Notting Hill needs an experienced consultant to help drive its final phase to completion - and we need someone who can start right away. With 13 homes remaining, we're looking for a shared ownership specialist who can hit the ground running from day one.
The Development
A beautiful collection of 3-bedroom mews houses in one of London's most iconic postcodes, available through shared ownership. These are exceptional homes in an exceptional location - and they need a consultant who understands the shared ownership market inside out and knows how to guide buyers confidently through the process.
The Role
This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, but with a number of exciting new sites already in the pipeline, there's every reason to believe this is the start of something longer. You'll be working Tuesday to Saturday on-site in Notting Hill, supporting buyers through every stage of their shared ownership journey with clarity, care, and expertise.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced shared ownership sales professional who knows the scheme inside out - eligibility criteria, staircasing, the works. You'll be comfortable talking buyers through the financial detail while delivering a warm, premium customer experience that reflects the quality of these homes. Previous experience in shared ownership new homes sales is essential. With an immediate start required, we need someone who doesn't need hand-holding - just hand the keys over.
