An exciting shared ownership development in West Ham needs an energetic, people-driven Sales Consultant to join the team immediately. With 4 brand new sites launching between February and April, this is so much more than a single contract - this is the beginning of a serious pipeline of work with a client who rewards brilliant people.

The Development

A vibrant new shared ownership development in the heart of Westham - one of London's most exciting and fast-growing areas. You'll be selling a full shared ownership stock to buyers who are ready to get on the ladder, and your energy and enthusiasm will be just as important as your experience.

The Role

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, giving you real stability and longevity. Working Tuesday to Saturday. You'll be on-site guiding buyers through their shared ownership journey from first enquiry through to completion. And with 4 new sites launching in early 2026, the opportunities to keep going with this client are very real.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively generating interest and getting on the phones - this role rewards those who go out and find their buyers
  • Registering, qualifying, and managing shared ownership applicants
  • Guiding buyers through the shared ownership process with confidence and clarity
  • Managing sales progression through to exchange and legal completion
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first hello to moving-in day

New build experience? Not essential.
